簡歷 (Biography)

　　陳金鈴博士出生於1961年，於1991年在逢甲大學取得資訊工程學士學位；並分別於1999年及2005年取得國立中興大學應用數學研究所資訊組的碩士及博士學位。目前他是中華民國資訊安全學會及民生電子學會的會員。他從1979年至2005年間曾服務於中華電信公司，擔任高級技術員的職位。他目前是朝陽科技大學資訊工程系的特聘教授。他同時也是六個SCI/SCOPUS國際期刊的編輯，他的研究興趣包括密碼學、網路安全和電子商務等相關議題。陳博士過去曾發表近150餘篇SSCI/SCI的國際期刊論文，以及獲得十三項台灣地區的專利。他是個傑出的研究學者，從2006年迄今，每年都獲得學校的獎補助，享受台灣科技部及教育部的特殊津貼，是台灣有突出貢獻的專家。
